After a difficult start in life, Axl and his siblings made it to Blue Dog for a new beginning and an incredible transformation! Axl had skin issues, was malnourished and had some infections that needed clearing. In just a few short weeks he has blossomed into a beautiful, healthy, and sweet pup! Axl has a lot of puppy energy and LOVES to chase his tennis ball in the backyard. After some hard running he's ready to come inside and snuggle! He does very well in his crate and is quickly learning to replace all his puppy behaviors with good dog behaviors. With the right level of patience, he will very soon learn where to potty and where not to and which toys are his and which toys are not, in fact, toys.
