Cora Belle was found a few weeks before Christmas living in a field. It took over a week to live trap her and she was a matted, filthy mess. Her hair was so matted to her skin that she had to be anaesthetized to be shaved down. Now her hair is coming in a snowy white mass of swirls. We do not have any history on Cora Belle but we do know that she was abused in the past. It has taken some time for her to trust her foster family and realize that human hands can be soft and gentle. She adores her foster Mom and while she really loves her foster Dad she still crawls on her belly to him for a pet. Cora Belle is going to need a home that can take it slow and steady with her.
