Finn was hit by a car out in Taylor and broke both back legs. He had been out on his own long enough that the bone had begun to fuse. He was under weight, heart worm positive, and a general mess. What transformed is a testament to his will to live. He has evolved into a loving, sweet, playful boy. He loves playing with his doggy siblings, cuddling with his foster mother, playing with toys, and is so much fun to play with.
