Jean-Luc was found as a stray so his background isn't well known. What we do know is that he was skinny, heartworm positive, and had incredibly matted fur. He had obviously never lived in a home before as everything just seemed very foreign to him. But boy is that changing! Jean-Luc has completed his heartworm treatment and is slowly putting back on the weight (eating doesn't seem to be a favorite activity). He loves laying where it's soft and just wants cuddles. Jean-Luc is in no way like his namesake, Captain Picard; he's kind of a scaredy cat but in the most adorable ways possible. AC kicking on? Yikes! This dog would be great for just about anybody and judging by his previous life, he deserves to live in a loving, comfortable home.
