Jem is a tank compared to his little sister Scout. Jem loves to run and play. He loves all types of dog toys. Jem thinks the big dogs in his foster home are awesome. Jem has the cutest paws with black dots on his pads. Not really sure what breed Jem is, maybe just a little bit of everything.
