Hailing from the great state of Louisiana, Josie has left the rural life behind for the urban dog haven that is Austin, TX. Left to her own resources, Josie roamed the countryside with her "pack" until she had a litter of puppies. She was scooped off the streets and shuttled into the care of BDR where she's finally getting the love, attention, and care she needs to start her new life with her first family. She's spunky and as persistent as any hound her foster parents have ever met, but she's a lover to the core. With continued attention and training, this sweet girl will be a perfect companion for years to come.
