I learned that houses have air-conditioning and that it stays cool inside! I therefore have learned to use the doggie door very quickly so that I can get back inside when I get hot! Riley was picked up as a stray out in the Seguin area. She seemed to not have ever been inside of a house before because she would not transition from room to room with different floor textures. She has gotten over that fast. She loves to play with her foster siblings and has learned a healthy respect for the cat that popped her in the head a few time in rapid-fire succession. Riley had some trauma to her hip when she was younger and will have surgery to make her feel more comfortable. She will be back up and being her puppy self in no time.
