Rosie is an energetic , outgoing little girl. She is playful and friendly. This personality has served her well, as she was born with a malformed front leg. Even though she had to have a toe amputated, it hasn't slowed her down one bit. She loves people, toys and other dogs. She is young so is still in the puppy stage. Rosie would love to be the clown in your life!
