Sweet Tanner had lived his whole life with the same couple. Unfortunately, they both passed away within a year of each other. Tanner found himself homeless and heading to the shelter. We all know that this could have been the worst thing for an elderly dog who is used to sleeping on a soft bed every night. The stars lined up just right for Tanner, as Blue Dog Rescue had a spot available for him. He has been a perfect gentleman at his foster home and just needs someone out there who is looking for a mature, well behaved companion to share their home with. Senior dogs make great new family members!
