Sweet, little Buttercup was rescued from along side of a very busy highway. She was with several other dogs, and lots of puppies. We don't believe she had ever lived inside a home, so it takes her a bit to warm up to new environments and people. Once she does her tail wags nonstop and she is so grateful for any attention and love. Buttercup is not a fan of walks and that really does make sense as we know for months, she was frightened by all of the cars and trucks passing by her on the highway. She really just wants a quiet home to spend with a new family. She loves other dogs and even gets along with cats. She is not crazy about all the noise kids make, so a home where they just visit would be best. They say there is someone for everyone and Buttercup hopes someone out there would love to share their quiet home with her.
