Gabe was found in a south Austin community with just a flee collar. Finders looked for his family, but no one came forward. Lucky for this boy, he found not only a wonderful finder, but landed in foster with Blue Dog Rescue. Gabe is smart and has the most soulful eyes. He is full of puppy energy, but can snuggle too. He has learned to play with toys and delights in going to the toy basket to pull out toys one at a time to see what they are. He is currently working on learning fetch, knows sit, and is working on down. The cats in his foster home are teaching him a healthy respect for them, but he still holds out hope that they will play. Gabe is dog friendly, and would enjoy another dog in the house. Because of his sharp puppy teeth and nails, he would do best in a home with older children.
