Carmen is a sweet and playful 30 pound, 7 month old puppy looking for the perfect home. She came to Blue Dog as a flea-covered stray, but has blossomed into a beautiful girl who is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all vaccinations. She plays tirelessly with other dogs and children; and more than anything, desires a secure, bonding relationship with her forever family. She would flourish in puppy training classes, as she likes a routine and is eager to please.
