Jesper, like so many other dogs these days, was dumped along the highway into all sorts of danger. He was skin and bones, and very dehydrated when he was finally rescued. It took many weeks to get him looking like the handsome fellow you now see. Jesper is young and ready to learn all kinds of new commands, as he knows there will be a treat in the end. He loves all dogs but because of his age and energy will do best in a home with kids eight and older and with dogs his size.
